Intellectual Property

Client Work & Proposals

• Any proposals, mood boards, or creative materials shared during the pitch or consultation process remain the intellectual property of la mala idea studio unless a contract is signed and payment is made.

• Work begins only upon confirmation and deposit payment as outlined in individual agreements.

Payment & Billing

• All projects require a 50% deposit upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Remaining balances are due upon project delivery or within the timeline outlined in the contract.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Monthly retainers and ongoing services are billed according to the terms set in your service agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are not available once a project has started. If a client cancels a project after work has begun, all time spent will be billed accordingly, and any deposit is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver work with the highest level of professionalism and care, la mala idea studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our work, website, or services.
