PROBLEM

Previously known as Plaza San Marcos, the shopping center was struggling to connect with a younger, more dynamic audience. Its visual identity felt outdated, and its digital presence lacked cohesion, especially across its internal brands: Listo Hogar, Auto Listo, Listo Market, and Listo Café. The name and branding didn’t reflect the community vibe or the energy of its tenants.

SOLUTION

We led a full rebranding process, including a name change to Markos Plaza, a refreshed visual identity, and a brand narrative that resonated more deeply with its core audience. Our team also took over social media management and content production, crafting monthly content plans across all sub-brands. The new brand look focused on warmth, playfulness, and community connection, supported by consistent photography, design work, and mini video capsules that highlighted local charm.
