We want people who: Shoot content on the fly, edit reels in their sleep, and live for a good visual hook Have an eye for design, even if you’re not a designer Write captions that don’t sound like captions Can juggle 3 clients, a Canva tab, and a cup of coffee, and still deliver on-brand magic
The Brand Thinkers
You’re obsessed with why things work (or don’t). We want people who: Get the nuance of voice, identity, and consistency across touchpoints Understand strategy before jumping into execution Love building brands from scratch (name, tone, moodboard, all of it) Can look at a brand deck and say, “That’s not it”, and explain why
The Digital Alchemists
You see patterns, dig into numbers, and turn data into direction. We want people who: Are curious about how audiences behave, click, bounce, or convert Know the backend of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or at least want to learn Can audit a website, suggest SEO improvements, or set up GA4 like it’s no big deal Bring clarity to chaos and know how to explain technical things to non-tech clients
The Organized Dreamers
You’re creative, but you also love a good Airtable and a perfectly color-coded calendar. We want people who: Keep the engine running and the projects flowing Know how to turn a meeting into a plan and a plan into action Can manage timelines, deadlines, and tiny design tweaks without losing their cool Are natural communicators and know when to take the lead or step back
