Refund Policy

At la mala idea studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality creative work and strategic services tailored to each client. Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, we follow the policy outlined below:

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All projects require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) to secure your spot in our calendar and initiate work. This deposit covers initial project planning, creative research, and early design or strategy development.

Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after it has begun:

  • All work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

  • No refunds will be issued for time already invested or for any completed stages.

  • If a monthly retainer is canceled mid-month, the remaining time will not be refunded but can be used to wrap up any pending deliverables.

Refunds for Digital Products or Strategy Sessions

Due to the instant-access nature of any digital downloads or one-on-one consultations (such as audits, strategy sessions, or workshops), no refunds will be issued once these have been delivered or scheduled.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can happen. If you believe there is a valid reason for requesting a refund or adjustment, please reach out to us at hello@lamalaidea.studio. We will assess your case in good faith and aim for a fair resolution.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While refunds are not standard practice, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you're not happy with any part of the work, we encourage open communication so we can refine, adjust, or explore solutions within the scope of your agreement.
